I have problems with the server, Other people can't login they just come to the character list then when they try to log on a character it just says Connection Refused or Connection timeout :/ It has to do with patch 11 :/ Where can i get the EXE in patch 10 :S

@Devhir Well if they are entering wrong ip then please tell me why their client connects to my server and they try to login (they only comes to character list) then the window on the screenshot appears.
