Cykotitan is smart, if he was really wasting his time supporting your projects he would have simply used his reputation to promote those projects instead of letting you speak.
The fact that he did not lose a single word which would clear any doubt, speaks for itself.

Rofl! Is it even copyright registered? Anyone can add that text on the bottom. Doesnt make it copyrighted..
And tbh copyright a design that's as simple as that is kinda embarassing to begin with.
I'm neutral in this & dont care who wins this fight. Bringing up copyright for a basic webpage that can be written by anyone with a little knowledge anyhow.
Doubt that EVERYTHING is made from scratch anyways. What about the css coding? The framework overall? Untill proven otherwise, that copyright argument is just hilarious.
