If you think the Grizzly Task system is shitty, you thought right.
CipSoft claimed there will be heavy and major changes to the task system.

I will post what has been explained and what will be changed.

Mechanical Changes:
  • New task ranges: <50, 50-79, 80-129, 130+.
  • Bigger amount of tasks per range. Concerning their strength and availability, the amount of points you get for a task varies.
  • Each vocation should find adequate monsters in each range.
  • More bosses will be available, but bosses won't give paw and fur points any longer. They will offer interesting loot and achievement points instead. Those achievements are not missable if you level up too fast.
  • Within each level range it's only possible to advance one rank. An exception is the range until level 50, where you will be able to advance 2 ranks.
  • Each task which provides paw and fur points is only repeatable three times.
  • It's possible to work on up to 3 tasks at the same time.
  • The NPC-dialogue will be updated and an accidental task reset should not be as easy.
  • There will be 100 Paw and Fur points now - which means the available points to gain will be doubled. This allows more variation.
Old system and running tasks:
  • Your already gathered Paw and Fur points will be converted to the new system.
  • As ranks will be level-restricted, you won't lose your old rank, but the ability to trade certain items will be paused until you reach the required level.
  • If you gathered more Paw and Fur points than your rank allows, you'll be able to accept tasks when you meet the level requirement for your rank.
  • If you already had the maximum of Paw and Fur Points, you will now have the maximum available points, too. In addition it will be possible to accept tasks without getting points, what will provide the opportunity to fight (and kill) each boss for an achievement.
General Feedback:
  • Team hunts can't be supported at this point. We'd need a few technical features and a definite solution for all abuse scenarios, which is not possible right now.
  • The availability of several monster types will be increased in some hunting grounds.
  • There will be a few new hunting grounds to offer more options to hunt certain monsters.
  • There will be new bosses.
These were the main points in a nutshell. The planned time to implement these changes is for the autumn patch, so please be patient.

I actually liked this summer update, first update that i have not hated i think, and this autumn patch is looking good as well. I don't know if they have hired new people to develop tibia but this game is starting to rise from the fall.

Idd. i like the summer update but the only things i dislike is the horses and the freaking snails..
