Windows 7.6 Xml Server

Well my friend Irl needs exp stages on his Xml server, its based on 1337OTs, how ever he doesn't know how to do that neither do i.
Since in sql servers you have that xml file where you put your stages in Xml that file doesn't exist..
What should he do since he is hosting this server soon!
Should i build in a script if i should give me an example how to do it since i just woke up
He want's exp stages badly.

I will spread reputation for any help!

Use Avesta 7.6 made by Ferrus. It's SQL tho but contains almost every feature you can find in "1337OTs"

i do know how to use them but not very well i mean i can setup it and so on but he wants XML because its easier

but now in english i think the best 7.6 xml server for beginners is 1337ot's
