Remember that's an alpha - some things may not work, database is clear and map is nearly scratch. Also remember that you can download a lastest unstable version by a Subversion and compile it i.e. using TheForgottenDevCpp.
Based on Avesta (OpenTibia 0.7.0) SVN - Rev: 3317. Patched to later revisions by DeadTouch authors.

PS: There won't be a XML Version. XML is deprecated and not supported by official OpenTibia developers and as long as it is we don't want to interfere. SQL databases are faster, better and more elastic.
