[8.4] Fast Attack

Hello i have problem with TFS 0.3.1 i can't change fast attack.
I go to xml/vocations.xml and change fast attack for all professions but they didn't changing.
Plz help me!

You need to run then you see the fast atk

you need change all vocations's attackspeed.
