console - it's just console (windows console with black background)

GUI - Graphic User Interface - it has better layout, also has some buttons to reload configs, actions etc., kicking players, banning, broadcasting, etc.

GUI uses more memory, but it's not big difference and I prefer gui.

if your using mysql find sqlite in the config and change it to mysql

something like sqltype = "sqlite"

Welcome I have some errors with engine. Maybe anybody know what can i fix it.

This is not everythink Ive got errors of monsters, see below

m8 can you read in english? You have detailed explanation what is wrong, when it says it can't find a monster it's obvious, isn't it? So think before post any errors... And you should only care of errors, you can leave warnings (but you shouldn't at all)
