If it's already fixed in private svn - then I can say that it's not a correct fix because I can still crash server this way (revision 1723).
The way is that you don't have to use spells which you can not use...

You can use any spell... you can use utevo lux or exevo gran mas frigo...
200+ players online help a lot but it can be also done on an empty server...

on what os do you compile rev 1723?
 
By any chance anyone got a working Dev-Cpp folder that is working for compiling the v0.3.3 ?

I'm trying to use the one provided by elf (v2.3) but it seems to be an issue since he update the dev-cpp with the boost 1.38
