when TFS server to 0.2.2 to 0.3.4 update error occurs

My players doesnt gain exp killing eachother even tho i got in config.lua the option as "yes"
Any help on this will be great. Thanks in advance :)
 
Crash server in 30 minutes. 0.2.2 only worsened the situation.

Update version or bye 8.42 version.
