[8.6] - Evolera - TFS 1.3

Tried to fix an Evolera server. Because I missed the old otn that was by GOD Willes, it was perfect.
but after a while I lost my desire and could not keep up with it.

I share this Evolera server so you might be able to get something nice out of it.
There is a lot left to do but also a lot is done.
Hope someone can get it together and start something fun.

And change visual studio language to english, because sometimes visual studio throwing errors, even if they don't exist.

If this will not work, you need to set path, to the boost directory, in the visual studio.
Both options, for folder , and for lib.
