The players who play 8,6 Evo OTs can you please tell how you feel about skulls how much you would need for RS or whatnot.

I would also want to know which EXP Stages you would like aiming for lv 600-700 to be mediumhard to get!

I've been playing Evolutions since many years and frags for skulls depends on what experience rate you use. Using experience rate from 1000x to 50x then I think a skull system like this would be just fine: 8-10 frags to redskull and 12-15 frags for blackskull.
