8.6 Exhaust attack to heal

Hello!

Seriously, why the hell is it like this?

I just changed from TFS 8.6 3777 to TFS 0.3.7-r5969-win64
Everything was fine until i noticed this shit.

When you cast exori frigo or any other aggressive spell
you should be able to heal immediately after casting it.
And no, its not the exhaust in spells.xml "exhaustion="1500"
It's the exhaust between aggressive and healing/support spells.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME, MAYBE EVEN WITH A SOLUTION?

This error was fixed by me on otx2 5 days ago.You can use it as a base to edit the tfs0.3.7 you have or just switch to otx(there are A LOT of fixes there)

Would you say that OTX for 8.6 is stable, runnable at this point?

Much more than the 0.3.7 you are using, that's for sure
