targeted because the commands are not all and when I pass the folder from another server talkactions and open the server but when I run one as / t I get this message "You Can not execute this command"

Btw >Yes i know im a noob,but could u tell me is this server "rdy for war" just say /waR? (war commands then) couldnt find xD
or if theres someone vice man who could tell me where i do find "war commands"

mira porque los comandos no estan todos y cuando paso la carpeta talkactions de otro server y abro el server pero cuando intento ejecutar uno como /t me sale este mensaje "you can not execute this command"

si no se comprende mi ingles es porque no se ingles y esoy usando google traducator

i got a other problem,
if i wanna install site it say Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';', expecting T_FUNCTION in C:\xampp\htdocs\pot\OTS_DB_SQLite.php on line 68
I searched already on otland and copied ot from othters to my file but still dont work, do you know how to fix it? i have normally mysql
