About changing computer host! [want to keep accs/chars]

Hey, I have sent my otserver to another computer and wish to host it there. The accounts and characters doesn't exist in that database even though I use the same database name and root pass.

So how can I load the acc/chars into that database? I'm sure they still exist in some file in my server right?
