Linux Access rights.

Like in topic, i have problem with access right in /var/www .
I set access in all folders/filles in WinSCP.
I have problem i testet for 4 way.

I set for 000, 700, 644, 600 and there's problem i can open this file and download it any time from another PC. Where is problem? I have Debian 6.0 with light httpd.





I put in this section because this is problem with acc maker fodlers.

Chmod 777 /var/www

Ugly hack but it fixes it...

Do you get forbidden 404 error? If yes, then you need to add some lines in lighttpd.conf, because lighttpd is not configured by default to read php files.
