Add an armor More Vocations.

As the title says,
I'm making VIP Items, soo here's my problem,
I want to add more vocations to an Armor,
For example "Velvet Mantle", It just can be used by Sorcerers, soo, how can I edit it and make It to Sorcerer / Druids.
