u should add a own java/flash player there. Cuz all the videos i saw so far, are from youtube. People will use youtube instead of ur site, because the content is originally from there. To pervent people from jumping back to youtube, add own player. I guess u can buy an ready made players license for around 20 eur, and customize it.
