If you get error on page it block your acc web for 5-10 mins to prevent ddos attack, simple. Script blocking access to website.

Hi, When I run Apache it crashes, then when I remove the loadmodule line in httpd.conf in runs normally. I cant load the module!! Any help??

It's best not to use Apache at all now. Consider nginx or LiteSpeed.
