Any good RME guide?

Hey guys, is there any full guide about the RME that I can watch/read? I've installed it today, but there are some things that I have no idea how to do and not found any tutorial saying about it, for example creating a portal of citizenship (or something related to).

About the citizenship portal, It has its own script on server datapack with action-id which you'll have to add to the portal.
