Just enter Options -> Graphics -> Advanced -> Fill Don't Stretch/Shrink Game Window. And viola! You've got a nice quality :)

Yes, I know that I don't have any ground under the mountain, I havn't come to that part yet, since the City is build on a hill/mountain. I do the City first, then the surroundings. :p
