Nope u can update it your self with new items.otb.

I don't think so. People seem to be using this items.otb version - it can be used with the current RME.

I basicly very like this, the only minor things that seem weird to me are debris on the stone border and i'm not so sure about those dark marble wall pillars fitting the general wall style. But it's nice anyway
