well yeh thats the question and how much do ya lift?
i lift aprox like 50 KG and started b4 a week or so.. but im goin daylie... here is my program

50 min. Bicycle
Biceps Triceps etc. 2x 20
then again 60 min. Bicycle
then 20 min of fast walking
Biceps Triceps etc. 2x 20

and Saturdays ima go Sauna <3

and a nice cold shower <3

thts my program post yours if youra goin

i always try to take max xD

and i never do a scheme its boring

i just try all things i can see xD

btw i need to be 15+ to go to gym LOL dossent exist for us syriacs

I'm cyclig throught my city 20km every weekend 2 times to play football and i think that this + 2h of playing is enought to lose weight.
I'm wondering now how to gain weight :eek:
And really u wont be able to cycle for 50 min. and next 60 min. (maybe u are lance amstrong?). U should cycle less with greater intensity. Slow cycling wont give u anything. ohh maybe i instruct too much then sorry :p
I was trying to write here my program but my english is too bad : /
For an example I'm doing Swedish push-ups? And I dont know have i written it good : P

Otherwise, to gain muscles?
Just work out at the gym about 3-4 days in a week.
Because muscles weigh more than fat.

Everyone don't have it easy to get weight (including me :()) and I confest it's because we are retards (can't infract me cuz I said it to myself too owned...).


I have this "running machine" at home it's better than biking imo!
 
its not easy if you give up easy, it took me one year gain 10Kg..

Today I weight a little more then 90 Kgs,
standing I lift about 120Kg
(havent tested maxium)
Push I make about 90+ Kg
I playing 2 hours indoor bandy every sunday, and that 2 hours running with almoust none rest(some people here know it).
I'm in a Shop and unpacking stuffs and walk arround for 6 hours each day (even it doesnt sound good for training its realy good by lift things and walk around all day)


but beside all this, you should realy mind what you are doing, don't push your back more then it can take, and most important, NEVER Train while you are half sick, or cold.. I did last year, I end up at hospital and almoust made my heart crash.. it took 6 months before I chould run without my hear hurted..

sometimes its mabey seems like you are immortal, even while you coughing.. but sooner or later you will get you reward of bad stuffs,


Tips for training.

*Don't use more heavy then you can handle it for some minutes.
(if you lift too heavy stuffs you will only train the main muscle, if you use something is heavy, but still not very heavy you will training more then one muscle, and then you will training your stamina)

*Train 1-3 days each week, rest the other
(your body need to recover all energy are needed to build your body)

*Eat well
(if you not eating well, you will get exhausted, you will lose weight, and your immune defense will be exhausted and you will probly gain some sickness)

*If a part of you hurt, find out why and rest it untills its total gone
(youre muscles can get sick too)
 
I lift 55kg~ ;S
and i weight 57kg ;/

but i've trained like 5 times xD
