well yeh thats the question and how much do ya lift?
i lift aprox like 50 KG and started b4 a week or so.. but im goin daylie... here is my program
50 min. Bicycle
Biceps Triceps etc. 2x 20
then again 60 min. Bicycle
then 20 min of fast walking
Biceps Triceps etc. 2x 20
and Saturdays ima go Sauna <3
and a nice cold shower <3
