Webdesigner Asking for one job

After working almost one year alone to my project(with some help for few problems here). I need some help for a AAC. I've never used one before and i could use one before.
But i dislike the most, AAC. I'am searching for the following kind of AAC:

1. A nice organized,easy configurable, proffesional layout, great look, nice (small)font, and a NOT a bad puke color mix.
2. Without pages like: Lottery, Experience table, Addon bonus system, Auction system, and other trash.
3. Character search: No equipment showing, neither showing like that kind of quest log.
4. And ofcourse code them all.

I might asking much, and i am pretty sure it won't be free. But we will have to talk under 4 eyes you know.

just modern aac with layout, without stupid add-ons and bug-less.
but i got also no experience with my AAC so i need somebody who can help me so i can use it inmediatly

I do use Gesior AAC so I might be wrong now.. But can't you just remove the addons?
