Avesta74 Houses not working. No idea why

The website is http://rob.no-ip.info
The houses tab on the website pulls from the house.xml
the house.xml is full and looking good
map editor shows them all in the correct areas
but for some reason, when I load the server, "you see closed/open door"
No houses working
Anyone ever have this problem?

I've got house and house_list tables in my database both empty

Apparently house table does have some data in it.
