why is it more creative then 1,5 and 6?
all never shown b4(except peros one), and all creative.

Mainly because of its design, the rest are random, #5 is 2nd best in my opinion, the structure on that picture is weird, I don't like it, but in the 9th one you can actually imagine a city build with a waterfront like that, kind of like a elvish village or something, but more civilized, also the colors in the 9th picture work well together.

Whereas with the 5th one I find there is too much "gray"
