The best you can do is to try block ping traffic on your router website. This will block some of it but not all

Seriously, you can't block DDoS attacks without the help of your ISP. What does it matter if the data is coming in through your line and you reject it? Fine, your server/computer wont do something stupid(rare even without), but you wont have great access.
