Best distro for 7.7 with custom map?

Hello there,

I'm wondering what would be the best fit as a C++ OTserv distro for a 7.7 custom map server?
It should have a good map editor available and be easy to write NPCs, actions, etc. And, of course, as stable as possible.

Any recommendations before I start digging?

Nekiro’s tfs 7.72 downgrade maybe?
