my Ot has XP rate 10, i think this a good rate, but i`ll down to 7 or 6, I dont know if is possible make a table of XP Rate on Evolutions, because lvl 150+ with rate 10x is very easy for that characters.

My new ot is going to have like 3/4 exprate and runes not very cheap. But they have some gambling machines to gain some money for there runes :O + Knight and paladins attacking faster. I think this is the best or not?

It completely depends on the type of server your running..
Rpg its like 5-15*
pvp-enf i use 100* for monsters
and 20* for pvpexp

then they can kill eachother withoutworrying of gaining more lvls.. or as we say having to pg long hours!
