Best Place to Host an OTserv

Given that I want to create an OTserv which many players can play on etc, where should I host it? (I'm planning on buying a dedicated server so I have the choice)

Any ideas / experiences for sharing?

Factors involved are obviously the speed and the pool of OT players near or in the region.

if you really going to buy a dedicated server. you should locate is someonewhere in German.

I think Berlin.
I host CS in Dedicated Server in Berlin and ping is small.

Ontopic: If you are going to host it, you should host in in usa somewhere in the middle, like Missouri or Oklahoma, since its relativly close to all of usa, mexico an canada
