Boss spawn help!

How is it possible to make such script? When player go into a teleport he will be sent to a room where there is a boss and text msg comes up (like on picture) then if he don't kill it within 10 minutes, he will be kicked out and when he kills it, he can loot it, but somekind of way, so when he kills it, he can never enter the teleport again..

search for svar arena and delete all unnecessary parts(easiest way, doesnt need too much knowlege, just you have to understand script you are editing)
