Why does the update can not buy parcel in thais?

You can buy it by saying "buy parcel" but yeah, it's a bug :/

Okay, but if Mark fix it to save server.

A few NPC maybe was bugged and GMs already fixed it.
So it will be working after this server save.
Till the server save ask to NPC for Buy+item, maybe it does work but for Parcels it's working fine

Was wondering the same when I couldnt buy parcels in Gnome anymore :O
