I wanted to buy 50 points for 5 EUR, and it failed. I called at the specified telephone number and the process was running as normal but then stopped the process and stood still at 70% and I've been waiting a while, but nothing happened and I got no points and my money was not on my mobile phone and I didn't get a code as well, what's the problem or what we / you / I can do?
