Programmer C++ Fix issue with the same clientid

Hello, i have a problem i can't create 2x the same item with the same clientid

example
items.otb
itemid= 6000 ->clientid 2160
itemid= 6001 ->clientid 2160

Issue:
i can't take item from ground or equip

i will pay for fix this problem
