No that quest has nothing to do with the islands.. there is 2 islands west of Thais. Faerie and Calcanea. There use to be a tunnel that lead from the rotworm part to calcqnea but CIP removed it. I'm trying to reinstate it on a newer map but need info about how it worked on old school maps.
Faeries Haven is Meluna nowadays, where you can get a your wedding.

Anyone figure out how fibula was accessed? Trying to make it a quest.. wasn't it a tree you just used? Or idk..
