Can not log into server

So I have the ports open and I can log into the account screen where you can see the characters you have made but you can not log into any character. anyone have any clues I would really help. Thanks.

i had this problem when i used 127.0.0.1 but when i used my static ip it worked

all it says is "connection timed out"

I tried that quickshot but it still does not work.

go to start button ->cmd

And type ipconfig and use the first one instead of 127.0.0.1

You should open port 7172, too
