Can someone please show me how to open a tibia server with 8.20 files i have some files i would love to run

the files i have are from a friend, my only friend, the friend who introduced me into tibia.

so in honor to him i would love to bring back the server he left.
just because he's memory will live among the server.

he was GM Tatuy from "ultima alianza" or " Guia3d" from atolon back then.

i have the files i wish someone could help me reopening the work he left.

there are 3 files to dowload.

but i cant find the way to do it, i guess they're too old.

how would be the best way to hot it, it got me thiking since you mentioned security vulnerability.
