cannot mess up somebody's house

Hello. I don't know does this solution exists, but I wanted to do something like this.
what I mean>?

If a house isn't somebody property AND that person doesn't have "invitation" to the house, throwing inside any things is impossible.

Maybe some solution exists. If not....

What will be better?>>
1) Make it by editing source.
2) Make it by "onThrowItem" function which is implementing in 0.3.7+ version.
