Windows Can't get server online

I have made my server, tested it, opened ports, turned off firewall and anti-virus, but still, nobody can't join :S
Im using Uniform Server 8.1.1, and TFS 9.31: http://otland.net/f18/9-20-9-31-forgotten-server-v0-2-11pl2-mystic-spirit-warsystem-extras-140955/
Server works fine and I can log and etc.
Here is what i get on Blackout Gaming - Projects :
The current IP/DNS is: **.**.***.***:7171
Server status: OFFLINE
Can anybody help me?

UDP isnt opened idk why i have checked both in my routers settings (TPC&UDP) but only TPC is opened.
I have asked Znote and he told me I dont need UDP just TPC.
I just wana invite 2 friends to test some things on server :S

look at my server I can run with the IP address 127.0.0.1, but when the changes can not enter the account manager does not really mean I have to login to the server .. means a problem to know how many connections you take off any server and change a ip 127.0.0.1 to another IP address, I mean the IP from the site www..whatismyip.com my server accepts the IP address but can not log on the server now realize You ... means the problem is not server connection, but ...

What does that mean?
I u think about this:
Port 80is ok(tested with uniform server 7.x and 8.x)
Port 7171- opened TCP
Port 7172- opened TCP
I don't know why UDP isn't opened(I can't find it when I use netstat -a...) but Znote(I have followed his tutorial) told me I don't need UDP...
Btw I can't see ur pictures...

Are you sure your global ipadres is right? (in your config and the one other people use). This can change sometimes. Also firewall can still block things when its off, you can try to allow port 7171-7172 in your firewall.

Go to your firewall and then exceptions, add port.

Ps: Can you log in when you are using your own ip? (so not only with localhost).

Nope. I can log in only with 127.0.0.1 even if my ip is config.
Let me explain: when I have 127.0.0.1 I can log in with that ip on server
When I have my global ip, I can't log with it, but if I change ip changed to 127.0.0.1 (and my global is still in config) I can log in.
Sry for slow reply-had to ban an advertiser on Rohan-OTs forum xD (2nd tonight o_O)

Everything. Even mapped small island(noob island), made custom items, got lvl 500 xD and etc...
But can't get it online, Nezox tryed but he couldn't join :S

This means it has something to do with the portforwarding. Are you sure you used the right ip with open the ports? Some routers open ports with ipv4 adres instead of global ip. If you used your ipv4 adres, you should log in with that and other people with the global ip.
