Solved Can't place imported NPC's in map (Remere's Map Editor)

When I try to put an NPC inside a building or town it shows as red and unplaceable, but if I go outside the city and try to place him, he's more then happy to appear. Can anybody help a noob out?

You need to add a spawn zone first.

Thank you for the response, did not know I needed the spawn zone because I thought it would just spawn more NPC'S.
