Dont use "ghost higher ground" but if you're taking pictures from the top floor make sure shade is off "Q" and that you're zoomed in at the default %

The sewer entrance north-east the rope hole has nothing to there man, since you're already inside the sewers. The well should be one floor up as well.
 
I know but I havent been inspired.. And I havent had enough time to map also. You know why Magnemite :D
