1- Is it worth it to come back to real tibia? Maybe there are less botters on Celesta?

Yes, if you enjoy the game then play it.
You got bots on all worlds, just hunt diffrent spots and I've been alone on alot of spawns.

I'm playing for as long as I enjoy playing, can be everything from 1 day to 1 year.
All depends on the team that plays on Celesta atm.

Why not play without premium as a start and then buy premium when you can?

I do not care if someone bots or not, I do not like botting because I enjoy to play the game as I want, but if anyone wants to bot I'm not going to stop them.

I also have finals (senior year) so by the end of June, I'll be ready to play. I hate bots and botters so I won't be botting.

Tibia 11 will remove cavebots for a decent amount of months, but botting will be back haha
