What file i edite for it? i'm using avesta destribuition

check your vocations.xml file

Always post with your distribution version number, just 'avesta' doesn't tell anything.
To change regeneration you have to edit vocations.xml.
gainhpticks/gainmanaticks is interval in seconds.
gainhpamount/gainmanaamount is regenarated points.
