The image is from imageshack and it is PNG, if you right click and go copy url.

It's just the photo's been deleted, or he's put the IMG code in wrong.

I'd also recommend not using the metal borders for the bridge, especially with the rope supports.
Use the specialized(?) bridge borders that are at the bottom of the grounds section of the RAW pallet, it should look better.
