Cipsoft tileset.png needed

Hello guys,
I'm creating a little Tibia-looking project for university homework. Everything I need is something like "Tibia spreedsheet" or just a pack of sprites which are in png format, instead of these weird-looking otbm. spr. etc. extensions. Tried to find it on my own, spent some time in rme, ObjectBuilder, but at the end of the day most links are expired or it doesnt work as i needed. Im kinda new, so some step-by-step solutions are really appricate, ofc if its even possible. Found some single png tiles at the internet, but almost every website doesnt provide "borders" :/

You can just unpack sprites from current Cipsoft client.

Thanks guys for all your replies, thanks Shadow_ for something i exatcly needed, and thanks Hover Desing and Kuzyn. I will also try to unpack client via Hover's macro(its called macro i quess?).
