I've been a member longer than you, sure I don't script so I can't really make any money, therefore I can't say I have contributed but I can't say I haven't... I don't expect to get anything back from the community even if I did script, it's a hobby, something you enjoy doing without even being paid to do, if you honestly think that you need to get back from the community that you have so supported and contributed to Cyko then you need to start selling instead of just giving away...
 
How about asking your parents or friends for a few bucks? Begging for donations on a forum is kinda pathetic. :p

I'm not being hateful or spiteful at all, I'm giving you my honest opinion on what I've seen happen in OTLand while I've been less active, I'm not sure if it was the same thread being bumped or what but each time as of late I've come to OTLand I've seen atleast one or two new posts/threads on the recent news bulletin for asking for donations. As for contributing and then asking, yeah that kinda makes you look bad... I mean if your mother was in the hospital and you needed like maybe $400 to help out so you could get her medical bill paid or an operation done for charity then it would be another story.
