Commands. Connection problems

Ive created my ot server now. I have a certain ip with a fully working website. The thing is when i get online on god i can´t use any commands. ive added a command file and changed all acc privs to 1 and all group ids to 5. I have group id 6 on my admin char. Im using uniserver and can´t find the "acc-type" in either the account table or player table (in the database).

Well, i can get online on my server, i know i have all ports i need open. But my friends can´t get online.. ?

are you sure u have port 7172 open?

yes. i changed the ip in config from 127.0.0.1 to my normal ip (if you understand what i mean) and now my friends can get on, but not me.. :S

yea, in your ipchanger, try typeing in the ip box just localhost
then change ip and see if that works.
