Compile Error

I Downloaded Stian's Repack Dev-Cpp 0.2, 64bit and did the instructions as instructed,

The Forgotten Server 0.3.6pl1 sources for Crying Damson 8.54 works great, but
The Forgotten Server v0.2.7 Mystic Spirit sources for Mystic Spirit 8.54 comes up with an error.

What does this mean, and how do I fix it?
