I remember I had the complete "MinGW" to compile otc edubart, but all the links are down. Does anyone have it?

(I used edubart in a previous project and I need to compile it again to get my project working. I hope someone can help me.)

I've tried with Visual Studio, it only compiles with Codeblocks (I think)
