If you are running skype, then thats the problem.

Skype might take port 80, I don't know what you use 443 for ?

@Henkos Skype use port 80 and teamviewer also use port 80. @Lord90 you won't need port 443

You did something wrong, I suggest that you redo it again.

Begin with uninstalling xampp..
